Fresh on the heels of completing the C&C 30 Invisible Hand, it was time to set to work on the graphics for the PAC52 Invisible Hand that was in build at Cookson Boats in Auckland. This boat would be all paint so we needed to provide the builder the spec's for the hull paint, set the graphics up for paint, and get them sized properly.
Some tweaks to the hand portion of the graphics were necessary to bump up the contrast in the gradations as the hand would be air brushed onto the hull. The lettering was applied using paint masks, and color spec's were provided for each letter. Positive and negative mask cut paths were packaged up and sent to the boat builder so that the masks could be produced locally.
